Shipping policy
After encountering many unfortunate delays with the United States Postal Service, we have decided to move everything over to UPS. The shipping is a tad higher, but we feel it is worth paying a bit more to ensure our customers receive their orders in a much more reliable manner.
Please understand that we are a very small company. We have only one employee currently in charge of shipping and fulfillment. That being said, we try our best to get orders out in a timely fashion and will notify you of any exorbitant delays. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received regardless of the size of the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking information when your order ships. We will do our best to notify the customer of any unforeseen delays in shipping or fulfillment.
